Toxicity in leachate of hazardous waste

I work with Microtox,(liquid fase) and now the goverment of Uruguay( my country) want to analize toxicity in leachate of hazardous waste.
My quetion is how can I get the apropiate leachate of the hazardous waste samples for Microtox ?.
