I used TOXSTAT to compute an LC50 for each repetition then conducted a chi2 normality test and Bartlett homogeneity of variance test on the set of repetitions to form a distribution of LC50s for an exposure condition. Then I used Fisher's LSD and Bonferroni's procedures in SAS 6.0 to detect a difference between different exposure conditions. It is described in (Peredney and Williams. Arch. Environ. Contam. Toxicol. 39, 113-118 2000)
