Hy all,

I'm starting a work in Brazil with toxicity test using Daphnia similis as test organism. I'm having several problems with feeding them. I'm using as food source Selenastrum capricornutum, but I don't know the cell densities to use, frequency of feeding, volume of concentrate to be used, etc...

Does anybody could give me light ? I would like to receive references and/or places where I can get it.
