How to dissolve Butylparaben in water (Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate)

I need to make some chronic tests on butylparaben, but I need 2 % ethanol to dissolve butylparaben and make a 150 mg/l concentration. Any suggestions on what to use to get it dissolved in water at higher concentrations?
